Mark Westgarth, Chair

Dr. Mark Westgarth is an Associate Professor in Art History and Museum Studies at the University of Leeds, where is is also Director of the Centre for the Study of the Art & Antiques Market and Deputy Director of the Centre for Critical Studies in Museums, Galleries and Heritage, as well as the Director of Impact and Innovation for the School of Fine Art, History of Art & Cultural Studies at the university. He is a Board Member of the Museums and Galleries History Group and a member of the Association of Art Historians' Museums and Exhibitions Group. His research interests include the history of the art market and the history of museums and galleries and he has published widely on the history of the antiques trade. He is Principal Investigator on an AHRC research project 'The British Antique Trade in the 20th Century, a cultural geography.

Corrine Miller, Deputy Chair

Corinne Miller, Deputy Chair of the Leeds Art Fund, was formerly Head of Culture, Arts and Heritage for Wolverhampton City Council. Corinne has over 30 years’ experience in local authority museums including galleries in both Wakefield and Leeds. She currently combines her role as Associate Tutor on the MA in Museum Studies by Distance Learning at Leicester University with membership of a number of boards including Craftspace, a national craft agency; she is President of the Leeds Fine Artists.
