The Leeds Art Fund: Data Protection
In May 2018 the current Data Protection Art is replaced by a broader and in some respects more stringent set of rules, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data we gather and hold is managed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data we keep about you are your names and addresses, your telephone number(s) and your email address (if you have agreed for its use for communications). We also keep a record of subscription payments and any Gift Aid declaration made. We use these data to keep in touch with you, to send you the Fund’s Newsletter, to provide you with information about the Fund’s events and activities and to send you any other information we think may be of interest to you as a member. We will never share your data with any other organisations.
